Terms of Service

1. The service

hollywbeauty.com lets you chat with our fictional AI characters, such as Iris. They are software, not real people. Their replies are generated by a language model and can be wrong, made up or inconsistent. Nothing a character says is medical, legal, financial, mental-health or other professional advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement. We may close accounts we believe belong to minors.

3. Your account

Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to: produce or request sexual content involving minors; harass, threaten or defame real people; impersonate others; attempt to extract, abuse or attack our systems or models; break the law. We may remove content and stop generating replies that violate this.

5. Plans, tokens and billing

• Free: 100 tokens per day, text only. Unused daily tokens do not carry over.
• Paid plans, billed monthly in USD: Plus $20 (4,000 tokens), Pro $50 (12,000), Max $100 (28,000), Ultra $200 (60,000).
• Tokens are credited when a monthly invoice is paid and expire at the end of that billing period. They do not roll over

and have no cash value. Usage per message, image or voice note is shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account; access

continues until the end of the paid period. Up- and downgrades are prorated by Stripe.

• We may change prices or allowances with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

6. Content

You own what you type. The characters' replies are generated for you; you may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You grant us the right to store and process your chats to run the service (see the [Privacy Policy](privacy.md)). Our characters, their names, likenesses and voices are ours or licensed to us.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that replies will be accurate or suitable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on chats.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account from settings at any time; this ends your subscription and deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice; prepaid, unused periods are refunded.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction.
