What we collect

• Account: email address, password hash (or Google account id if you sign in with Google), signup time, plan.
• Chats: your messages to our AI characters, their replies, attachments you upload, and "memories" (facts the AI stores about you so

it can recall them later, e.g. your name or preferences).

• Billing: Stripe customer id, subscription status and invoice history. Card details go to Stripe; we never see them.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, the page that referred you, basic usage analytics, token usage.

Why

To run the service (sign-in, chat, memory, metering), to bill you, to prevent abuse, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data and do not show ads.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Cloudflare (D1, R2 and Durable Objects at US/EU edge locations). Chats and memories are stored per user and only processed to generate your replies.

Processors we use

• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
• OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to: generate the characters' replies from your messages. We opt out of training

on your data wherever a provider allows it, and prefer providers that do not retain prompts.

• Cloudflare: hosting, storage, email delivery, bot protection (Turnstile).
• Google: optional sign-in with Google; analytics.

Retention and deletion

Your account, chats, memories and uploads are kept while your account exists. Delete your account from settings and they are removed from our systems within 30 days; Stripe keeps invoice records as required by tax law. You can also email contact@hollywbeauty.com to request access to or deletion of your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to processing. Use settings or email us. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

The service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for sign-in and a first-visit cookie that records how you found us. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent where the law requires it.

Changes

We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email or on the site before they take effect.
